How to pay

You can pay for your accommodation in cash or by following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard

After your reservation is confirmed by a hotel we send you Reservation Confirmation and Credit Card Application Form. We ask you to guarantee payment of the 1st night accommodation in case of late cancellation or No Show at the hotel. Please, fill the form in and send us by fax +7 495 945-6143 or email with the copy of your credit card. The rest you can pay on spot in our office or to our representative at the hotel upon arrival.


When you cancel your reservation before applying cancellation fees we refund your money in full. We do not charge any operate fee. Cancellation rules are fixed in each Reservation Confirmation and depend on season & period.
